Detox Creamscicle Smoothie
2 cups fresh orange chunks
1 cup plain Greek or coconut yogurt
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3 tablespoons ground fresh flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon cardamom, cinnamon or vanilla bean (if desired)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well at high speed until smooth. You may add ice and/or protein powder if you wish. You may also blend tea or additional juice into the smoothie to make it thinner.
Drink Half before a workout and half after or enjoy for a meal.
