Ready to hear the all-natural, delicious #1 secret to FASTER fat loss??

Sounds too easy to be true? Absolutely NOT! Apple and tea share remarkable similarities and using them together can accelerate your fat loss, increase your health and give you more energy with less food.

Let me explain and then tell you how you can increase your fat loss dramatically, starting TODAY for under $1 and also give you some recipes that are simple and delicious.

Reasons apples are PERFECT for those wanting to get leaner:

  1. Apples are the perfect pre-workout snack

An apple is a good carb to have at this time because its high fructose content makes it low-glycemic, since the liver must first convert it into glucose. What makes it even more slow-digesting is its high fiber content.

But carbs and fiber aren’t the only reasons you should reach for an apple before workouts, according to research from the Nippon Sport Science University in Tokyo and the University of Arts and Sciences in Japan. Both research teams discovered that the polyphenols in apples (similar to those in tea) provide added benefits such as increasing strength and endurance, and decreasing body fat by testing them on rats.

Rats at the end of the Nippon 3-week study had about 30% less body fat compared to the placebo group because the polyphenols increased the activity of genes that spur fat-burning. The researchers also discovered that the rats in the apple polyphenols group gained nearly twice as much strength and avoided muscle fatigue much longer than the rats given the placebo. They speculated that the increased use of fat for energy may have allowed the rats to resist fatigue longer

At the end of the Arts and Sciences study researchers found that those rats receiving apple polyphenols lost significantly more abdominal fat and bodyweight, and had lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels compared to the subjects taking the placebo.

If you are weight lifting, you can eat an apple with your protein shake or blend it in, be sure to eat the skin or leave it on while blending, but keep the added fat low.

2. You can have an appetizer at every meal and still lose fat!!

People who eat an apple about 15-30 minutes before any large meal consume an average of 187 fewer calories at the meal, this did not have the same effect when they ate applesauce or drank apple juice. If you are using Newport Skinny Tea at breakfast and lunch, then make sure to drink your tea 60 minutes prior to your breakfast time, have an apple 30 minutes later and then eat your regular meal, you should feel significantly fuller on less food for much longer.

Apples are high in pectin, which binds with water and limits the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Apples are also high in fiber, which makes you feel full; numerous studies have found that eating an apple a half hour to an hour before a meal has the result of cutting the calories of the meal. Recent research suggests eating apples has other benefits, too; the antioxidants in apples (similar to those in tea) appear to prevent metabolic syndrome, the combination of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and prediabetes that tends to accompany thickening around the waist.

If you really want to rocket your weight loss, only eat apples in the morning till noon along with the tea as outlined above.  Then eat an apple 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner. If you want to further compound your results include a broth based soup at lunch and/or dinner. You can also incorporate apples into the appetizer/salad before you eat your main dish at dinner and this will help you eat less of it.

3. Apples balance hormones by helping you detox

Many naturopathic doctors stress the need for detoxification to balance hormones. For example, when our estrogen is balanced, it is easier to fight PMS and reduce water weight, and help diminish the appearance of cellutite. Apples contain a whopping 7mg of calcium D-glucarate, a phytochemical that plays an important role in liver detoxification and estrogen balance. Many teas and herbs also increase your ability to get rid of toxins, combining them with apples will further increase your results and speed them up.

Recipes to mix it up with apples, here's some recipes to incorporate them into your daily diet, because they're delicious but can get monotonous if you just eat them plain all the time:

Oatmeal + full fat coconut milk + Walnuts + Apples + Cinnamon You might already be making oatmeal a morning ritual, but how are you preparing it? Most pre-packaged oatmeals are laden in sugar. What's more, they're usually instant, which break down very quickly in the body, causing our blood sugar to get all out of whack. The milk and walnuts in the breakfast give your body plenty of healthy fat and protein. The blueberries, preferably raw, are pure low glycemic nutrition and the cinnamon is extra insurance that you'll feel satisfied for at least a few hours and your blood sugar will remain stable.

Soak the oats: To bring this breakfast from good to great, soak the oats in a little water and let them sit on the counter or in the fridge overnight before you prepare breakfast. They're a grain and should be treated like one.

Full Fat or Coconut Yogurt + Cinnamon + 1/2 Green Apple + Almond Butter Change up your breakfast parfait to something that will turn your metabolism on. This simple foursome can get thrown together in less than two minutes, so it's great to make if you're short on time.

When it comes to fruits and Apple Types, I usually recommend low glycemic fruits. Green apples are typically lower on the glycemic index than red apples. A little bit of sweetness is all the Apple should need to keep their morning moving along.

Nutty Apple Salad

Combine 2 cups mixed greens, 1 tablespoon chopped cashews, 1/2 sliced green apple, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with a dash of olive oil.

Quinoa, Apple and Almond Salad

Here’s an interesting concept for a detoxifying salad. Take the goodness of quinoa, apples, and almonds on their own and you’re doing pretty good. Get them all in one meal and you’re doing great. The quinoa will help to fill you up, along with almonds. In fact, all three of the main ingredients are located on the ultimate list of superfoods- Add an olive oil/ apple cider vinegar dressing of your choice.

In a small saucepan, mix together the sugar and apple juice. Place over medium heat and cook until reduced to about 1/4 cup, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool. Apple Cinnamon detox water Recipe (4 servings)

  • about half a gallon of filtered water
  • 2 whole organic apples (gala or red delicious work well, but you can use more tart apples if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Peel and core one of the apples and cut into quarter inch thick pieces. Place the apple slices in a mixing bowl and using a large spoon or press, mash the apple slices, getting out as much juice as possible. Add this juice to the water in a larger pitcher, along with the cinnamon, and mix well. Core the second apple but leave the skin on. Slice and dice into small pieces, and add these pieces of apple to the water. Mix again, chill, and enjoy! For Added Benefits: to boost this drink’s fat burning ability, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or some raspberries. Both contain fat burning properties of their own. You can also eat the apples after you drink the water!

Dessert: of course you can bake an apple with cinnamon and stevia and top with a little yogurt for dessert as well. Its a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth and not eat processed sugar. Also, you can freeze chunks of apple with cinnamon and stevia in a Ziploc bag and smash them up a little, and its a great raw applesauce thawed or frozen desert if you feel like snacking on something.
