Teatox Checklist

Don't over think this, just do it! Follow the steps, repeat them until you have reached your ideal body. Easy. You can do this as fast as slow as you wish, the more you do and the quicker you do it, the faster you will see results.

  3. Clean out your kitchen pantry & fridge of any processed foods, juices and sugary foods that you will no longer be eating.
  4. start cutting back on drinking coffee, soda and alcohol and the amount of junk food you eat. Begin drinking more water,
  5. Take some before photos, you will be glad you did!
  6. Look at pictures in magazines or on-line for your ideal body shape, print it out and post it somewhere.
  7. Begin increasing your movement, experiment with new ideas about how movement = loving yourself. 
  8. Look for things that bring joy and stress release- dancing, swimming, walking your dog, hiking in nature, training with your best friend for a run or taking a really great class.
  9. Find a friend or family member you can ask to share your goals and challenges with during this time, if you wish for extra support, most people say this is the most important factor in their success. Find people on facebook who also are going through their transformation who you can share with if you feel uncomfortable about being public about it.
  10. Pick your start date and plan it out on your calendar. Scheduling your exercise and some nice little rewards along the way will make it easier to think about all you are getting out of these new habits.
  11. Begin, each day it helps to review your goal weight & body photos, realize you have complete control over how your body looks and feels. When tempted to cheat, remember you will not even remember the temporary pleasure a treat brings but becoming your ideal self will impact your entire life forever.
  12. Work up to exercising 5-6 days a week for an hour or more if you are feeling great.
  13. If you are consistently cheating on your eating plan, it might be best to take one cheat day where you enjoy your favorite foods and then go back to the plan, especially if you are doing a longer fastox.
