H&LBC Day 15 Fat burning smoothie


Try this amazing Fat burning smoothie in the morning and feel full for hours!

8 ounces cranberry water (7 ounces of water or tea mixed with 1 ounce pure cranberry juice)

1 scoop plain vanilla whey powder

1 serving frozen blueberries, raspberries or fruit of choice

1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

3 ice cubes

put all ingredients in blender and blend
