Detox baths are wonderful ways to detox, they also help balance your body, restore your vitality and clear your mind. They are an enjoyable way to increase your health and fitness, so embrace them! When you are working on your teatox, eating cleaner and increasing exercise they can support your efforts and make you feel great.
Add one of these to your bath and help your body detox:
- 1-2 cups of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (balancing, beautifying)
- 1-2 cups of Baking Soda (powerfully alkalizing & detoxing)
- Water from Boiling large piece of Ginger (warming, increases circulation)
- 1-2 cups of Epsom Salts (soothing for sore muscles, helps sleep)
Remember you can add essential oils, flower petals or tea bags to any of these baths, but I would start with just one detox ingredient in a time. Keep the bath under 30 minutes and make sure you have someone else in the house when you are taking them, just in case. Drink a glass of water before and one after and go slowly as they can be very powerful!
